PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
Music must be kept at a polite level and be courteous to neighbors at all times. Disturbing neighbors and the neighborhood with music is strictly prohibited.
Only the people who made the reservation are allowed inside the house. Guests are not allowed.
The air conditioning must be used only when the room is occupied. The main window, the bathroom window, and the bedroom door must be closed while in use.
Keep valuables in the safe located in the closet of Master Bedroom No. 1.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
Food is not allowed in the bedrooms. Leaving food behind may attract ants.
Keep chips, cookies, sugar, cereal, pancakes, etc. in the kitchen tightly closed, as it is extremely easy for ants to get in.
At night, hang all towels on the clothesline. If there is a chance of rain during the night, place the towels on the backs of the dining room chair.
When leaving the house or going to sleep at night, keep all valuables inside the house: iPhone, iPad, sunglasses, phones, etc.
Close all windows, doors, and sliding doors when leaving the house or going to sleep.
The use of water-based and oil-based paints, confetti, and tissue paper is prohibited in the house.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Swimming is PROHIBITED at the beach in front of the house; there are no lifeguards and there are strong currents.
