1) The street door code is the last 5 digits of your cell phone number.
2) The electronic key moves to the right to open (after entering the code) and to the left to close.
We recommend using the safe to store your valuables.
If you need a later check-out, please let us know in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

To ensure everyone’s comfort, we ask that you smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
We appreciate that you respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
We ask that you do not host parties or events on the property to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
If you wish to invite someone over, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
We appreciate that you take care of the facilities and furnishings. In case of any damage, guests will be charged for it.
Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the house and during the night to maintain security.
We appreciate your help in conserving energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use.
Please do not jump into the pool, we would like to prevent any accidents.
