Check-In Instructions
Please find details below how to gain access for your check-in:
– Outside Access: The main outside gate will be open. Please reach through the gate to undo the inner latch and enter the property.
– Apartment Location: Casa Manila is on the middle floor, on the left side of the building.
– Key Collection: The keys are in a lockbox, secured to the wall on the balcony next to the apartment door.

Parking available next to the building
Use of Common Areas: Residents may use common areas without infringing on others’ rights. Hallways are only for transit; private use is prohibited.
• Pool: Open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Swimwear is required, and users must shower before entering. Trash should not be left around the pool.
• Maintenance: Residents must maintain their units in good condition.
• Prohibited Items: Storing items that could cause unsanitary conditions or disturbances is not allowed.
• Obstructions: Entrances, stairways, and common areas must remain clear of obstructions.
• Clothes Drying: Clothes may only be dried inside the residence or on rear terraces, not on facades or undesignated areas.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards. No parties.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parking: Street parking is available. Any bikes should be locked securely outside the property.
• No Storage: There is no additional storage unit on-site.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• Please turn off A/C when leaving the apartment.
• Kitchen sink water is filtered.
• Roads are unpaved and can be bumpy — drive slowly.
• Expect occasional brief power outages
• Cleaning during your stay: MX$400/cleaning (optional)
